To become a member, download the application from the App Store or Google Play, create an account by following the instructions and choose a subscription for instant access to all our offers.

At present, our offers are available exclusively in Marrakech, but we plan to extend our network to other cities in the future.

The application is available in French and English, so you can choose your preferred language in the application settings.

Zayn Deals products, such as our specific year packs (for example, Zayn Deals Marrakech 2024), are valid for a full calendar year. The validity period runs from the date of purchase to 31 December of the current year, unless otherwise stated.

3. Activate the offer: Select the offer on your app and show it to the merchant.
4. Validation by the merchant: The merchant will enter their PIN code or scan the QR code provided to validate the offer. This step is crucial to ensure that the offer is correctly applied.
5. Receipt of the adjusted invoice: After validation, the merchant will adjust your invoice by deducting the free item or applying the corresponding discount.

You can use one offer per visit to a partner, unless the offer conditions specify otherwise.

You can cancel a coupon redemption at any time before the merchant enters their 4-digit PIN code and a reference number is generated. Once the merchant has entered their PIN code and the process has been validated, it is impossible to modify, cancel or stop the redemption.
